Monthly Fitness Challenges
Join us every month for an exciting physical challenge designed to keep you motivated and on track with your fitness goals. Each challenge brings something new and dynamic to the table! Compete for the chance to win amazing prizes, with recognition for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Participants must have a Fooducate account to ensure accountability and track their calorie goals alongside the challenge. Ready to push your limits, have fun, and stay on top of your health? Let’s do this together!
All Challenges will include a nutrition portion we will all utilize the Fooducate App that can be found on Apple and on Android.

Points can be earned from reaching your daily calorie goals, food selection, and good habits (ex: water intake consistency and balanced meals).
Nutrition Component of Challenge
Participants will use the Fooducate app, available on Apple and Android, to track their nutrition. Points can be earned in the following ways:
Daily Calorie Goals
- Meet your daily calorie goal: 5 points per day
Food Choices
- Choose nutrient-rich foods (graded well in Fooducate): 2 points per meal
- Avoid highly processed foods or items graded poorly: 1 point per meal
Good Habits
- Consistent water intake (8+ cups daily): 3 points per day
- Incorporate balanced meals with protein, carbs, and vegetables: 4 points per day
- Log meals consistently on Fooducate: 2 points per day
Submit nutrition information via messenger
Fitness Challenge Rules:
- Participants must achieve a heart rate of 160 bpm or higher for at least 30 minutes in a workout.
- This must be done 4 times per week to earn 10 points.
- For every additional workout where participants sustain a heart rate of 160 bpm or higher for 30 minutes, they earn an extra 2 points.
Example Scoring:
- Completing the baseline of 4 qualifying workouts = 10 points.
- Adding 3 extra qualifying workouts (total 7 workouts in the week) = 6 bonus points.
- Weekly total = 16 points.
